Maddie Bear's Tutus first began as a hobby. I started making tutus for my niece and favorite princess Madeline. Since moving out of state I wanted to do something special for her just to let her know I was thinking of her. I made dresses and skirts for her that she LOVED, and caught the eyes of others as well. I offer high quality, handmade custom tutu dresses and skirts.
